Bad communication

This is my second time that i have to write a review for the same case. I bought a laptop via Cell C's telemarketing which I was not happy with. On the day of delivery i immediately phone Cell C to collect it as I was not happy with the product. I was promised that they will send their couriers to collect it the next day. I struggled for 19 months to get rid of it as they were now charging me for something i was not happy with. They eventually collect it last month and promise me that they will clear the matter and I don't have to pay anything as it was their fault for not collecting it .( Please people stay away from Cell C's telemarketing because they not very helpful in times of need and don't have a ear to listen to complaints) I am now blacklisted and nobody on their side can tell me why. I am in the process of buying a vehicle and can't get finance because of their negligence. I hope this review help me get notice
