Bad Communication

I app**** for a cellphone contract, submitting all the required documents ei. 3 Months bank statements, ID and recent pay slip. Then I phoned to confirm if everything was okay. The consultant told me with very little remorse that she had not received the email. I told her exactly when I sent it and then she only saw the email I sent. She delayed my phone delivery because of it. Then when I phoned today, I was told that my bank statements was outstanding. I was not told this information and was waiting for my phone to arrive. I was waiting for nothing. Luckily I phoned today to confirm or else I would not have been told. I have now withdrawn my contract application, and I am now seeking a contract service with another network provider.
