BAD COMMUNICATION
I have been with cell c for years and requested a settlement letter on the 18th of March 2022 till to date i still haven't it, I kept on calling the call centre and i was advised that they will call me back, today i spoke to a consultant by the name of Mpho and he told me they will call me in 2 hours still no call back. All i needed was a settlement letter to settle my account, this has affected my ITC, iam so disappointed,

17 May 2022, 10:06It's been a week since I sent proof that letter that I have paid the account but no one has send me my paid up letter.. This is so unacceptable not even a phone call
