Bad client service at Cell C head offices

<p>My name is Nontobeko Ziqubu, ID no. ********** 177087. I had a contract with cell c and on April this year I cancelled my contract paying the outstanding balance of my contract R999,67 , then I went to cell c office in Ladysmith with the reciept and they faxed it to cell c head office to have my contract cancelled. Ms Davis from cell c in Ladysmith foned the head office staff on my behalf to cornfirm that they have received the reciepts that were faxed and they even gave us a reference number but on the three previous mnths they been going through my account trying to debit R999,67 which is the amount I payed when I cancelled my contract. The worse part they have been calling me telling me that im owing and I have to pay R999,67 which I payed and they told me if I dont pay I wil have a bad credit name. Im not happy with cell c services at all and this has taught me not to take another contract with cell c in the future.</p>
