Bad client service

I am disgusted by the level of service i keep getting from cell c call centre. I let it slide the first time but now its enogh. I bought 35 rand airtime and when i check my balance its on a zero. I call their call center only to find a consultant or agent who cared less about what i had to say, told me to wait, the is a system problem and thats what i was told the first time and am still waiting no feedback, nothing. R70 rand airtime,,,, i wonder how many other 70 rand they ***** from other people. This frustrating, inconviniencing and soo unprofessional. I load airtime because the is a need for it.... and they tell me the is nothing they can do, for the first time maybe but second time round.... no nonsense. Poor service from cell c as a whole. Disgusted. They should close down if they cant look after their clients. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.... THIS IS NONSENCE
