BAD CLIENT SERVICE

I app**** a contract on the 5th of August 2022, the contract was approved, the phone was delivered 2 weeks later after I followed up several times... at the time of the delivery I noticed that they delivered an incorrect phone, I called Cell c to have the phone collected which was also a struggle for them to do so. I then called to apply a phone again which I was told they can't assist me because the contact for the phone they collected was not cancelled, I've been calling making follow ups with getting assistance.

On the 10TH September I was told that a correct phone will be delivered, when I call to follow up on the 14H September I was told that they cant deliver since the contact needs to be cancelled, I've been pleading with them to cancel the contract as its affecting my credit score and cannot be paying for a phone that is with them they tell me that they can't cancel before they get the IMA number which I don't even know what that is, till today...They cant deliver the phone nor cancel the contact. This is 1 hell of a poor service they had to give and I would recommend Cell C to anyone!
