Bad claims experience.

Took out a cellular contact with cellc in January 2017 never encountered any issues, took out insurance for my phone, beginning this month I got ****** in Johannesburg they took my phone at the robot intersection went to the police station to report the issue phone cells to block number submitted a claim for my phone in the 4th of this month was told to wait for 7 to 14 working days I will be contracted with regards to my claim, till today no word has been said to the point where I had to drive to my nearest cellc branch to do a follow up as no attempted to reach me has been made , been at this cellc branch for them to asisit me they called the head office have been here over 30mins the lady from the head office just placed me on hold the lady’s name of kgomotso , after 10days of claim being submitted only NOW they processing the claim, extremely terrible service and 0 concern for customers, really disappointed
