Bad cell service

I am a loyal cell c customer and have been for a while. I have 2 contracts totalling about R1000 per month, always paid on time. You would expect for that money to at least have reliable cell phone signal. Normally my 4g signal is full as i am centrally located. But in the last few months ive been having regular issues with signal. Where i cant even send watsapp messages or make calls sometimes for the whole day. I received an sms from cell c saying its because of load shedding, there hasnt been any load shedding recently and it is still happening. I am going to another service provider as soon as my contracts end
