Bad Cell phone service Tarkastad town

As I am most of the time in the field at bee hives, I rely on cell phone reception. We have had intermittent cell phone service for the last two months which I find unacceptable. I use my cell phone and a LTE Router (for office work) which is also reliant on cell phone service. I do not have a land line.
