Bad cell c service

Cellc, GETmore called and asked if I want to subscribe, I said let me first read the contract and see what you offer. The next thing I know, they deducted money from my account, without my approval. I called and said I never agreed to the subscription in the first place, the answer I got was 'You must cancel the subscription and it will take 30 days for the cancellation to be complete'. Well it is three months later and they are still deducting from my account. I've been with cell c for YEARS and this is how they treat their clients.
