Bad Cell c Service

Cell C s C-surance is the worst they ask you to insure your phone and sim but when you claim they take their own sweet time in delivering your products. I have been waiting since the 26th September for a handset and have not received anything I get stories everytime .They ask you to follow up but when you call its the same story. I am disappointed and therefore will not recommend anyone that I know to take out insurance for there phones from Cell C .This is bad service Cell C and also having to speak to consultants who either drops the call or pretends they cant hear you and when you call back they don't recall having spoken to you and when they realize that its the same person they just hung up on they just say sorry BAD BAD BAD
