Bad Cell C LTE speeds

Good morning All

I have a Cell C LTE 200GB bundle with Axxess and let me tell you the worst ISP I have ever been with Axxess cant resole any issues what so ever. Well the heart of my complaint is the bad LTE speed that Cell C is providing it went well for about 3 months then then the speeds just dropped to 1Mb and 0.9Mb (sometimes going to 4 Mb) download speeds If I look at it, it seems like the LTE is being throttled.

The Reason I say this is because after 10 the download speeds pick up again and here by 6 in the morning the speeds fall again. Well Cell C this is not what you advertised first of and second off this is not what I the consumer agreed to pay for your add says clearly download speeds of up to 100Mb (all the time nothing about off peak) so where is this download speed?

I had a look at the coverage map and I am well in the coverage for LTE and LTE-A. I have spoken to Axxess I have logged calls with Axxess and its been 2 weeks now with no feedback all they tell me every time I phone them is that they are waiting for feedback from Cell C.

People don't be fooled by Cell C's great deals they look good and work okay for a while but when they have you in that contract they ***** you over.
