Bad Cell C employees

Bad Customer service ever. I went to a cell c store to find how much will my settlement amount be for my contract account, the consultant gave me a figure, which I then later paid in full, then later I phoned cell c to request for a settlement letter, that is when it was brought to my attention that I was overcharged and should get a refund, I spoke to sooo many consultants from Customer Service: Alina, Nelisiwe, Ashney, Millicent, Nomsa, Linet, Lindiwe, Amohelang even the " Supervisor " who is Tshepo who are all giving me pathetic excuses that I will get a call within 7days, within 2days, within God knows when. I mean why did they even tell me that I should be refunded if they cant pay me that refund!!!!
