Bad Cell C customers services

Here is my review on Cell C and how they do things without your consent...And how bad the services is when you speak to an consultend. They have a bad reputation. I received an SMS by saying that a conference call has been activated on my account without my knowledge and that I told them I don't want this on my account and ask the lady to remove this from my account after a security check she told me that she cannot help me because I did not pass the security check and that she is "unable" to help me..according do my knowledge I have given here the info what I can remember. When I told her that I will write a review on Hellopeter.com here atidute was like she doesn't care. Cell C is not LIVING UP TO THEIR STANDARDS...I WILL NOT BE BUL**** BY THIS UNEDUCATED PERSON..
