BAD CELL C

I have been with Cell C for over 18 years now. I had a cell c account that was behind, and I paid up this contract and received a paid-up letter. this letter was sent to Cell C over 20 times in the last year so they can update their system. To date this has not happened, and I have not been able to upgrade my contract. This contract costs me a pretty penny each month and i have never missed a single payment via debit order. I have spoken to over 50 call centre agents and even a cell c shop has attempted to assist me. But Cell C is silent and does not even attempt to assist me with fixing there mistake. they all have the same answer, nothing we can do. I am now cancelling my and my wife's contract worth over 4k per month. Viva Vodacom...
