Bad cancelation

Paid 1st of January canceled my contract 5th of January 2023 paid 1st of February got a sms on the 5th of February to say i am on prepaid when i phoned on the 5th of January for the cancelation the lady told me last payment wil be end of January (the 1st of February) ported out to mtn after the sms in February cell c debit my account on the 1st of March so i reversed the debit now i have to deal with cell c lawyers That wants a cancelation form all i have is a sms so i pay data fees to be on prepaid yes it is only R200 but i worked for that money and the lawyers are so rude the one told me "let me give you advice take it or leave it pay until cell c tells you to stop" so i have to pay for n number that is not even yours anymore and get no data forever after being a customer for 9 years
