Bad C Surance

<p>Hi, I have a huge problem with C Surance, I had my phone insurance activated back in June when I took my contract with Cell C and I later decided I don't really need the insurance and I had it deactivated and that was done with ease and now towards the end of October I received an sms from C Surance saying my insurance was activated and I did not ask for it to activated so I called them and they said it must've been a mistake and that I won't be charged and now when I checked my bill with Cell C it turns out they've charged me for something I did not activate and i've been trying to call them and all they do is basically put me on hold and never get back to me and never take my calls. So I really need your help sorting this out and also to not be charged for something im nolonger using.</p>
