Bad business practice by Cell C

Bad business practice by Cell C, an account was *****ulently opened with my ID i have submitted affidavit and copy of my ID to state it was *****. but to this day i am still waiting for feedback from Cell C since i submitted the required docs in July. when i do follow-up i get automatic reply, clearly Cell C only cares about sales that's why they do not have proper internal controls in place to validate documents used to open accounts.
