Bad Business Practice

Cell C is full on Nonsense.. They bill you for stuff you never requested, when you ask them to justify... they give you inconsistent answers.. The most I recently got is one of my number was given data on credit though it is a prepaid number... then when I ask how possible that is, they tell me it is actually impossible... I ask them to prove to me that that request was made they cant.. yet they have blocked my number even though it is paid... CELL C is just full of ****....
