Bad business partner

I was called by some guy saying because ive been a loyal member of cell c im not taking advantage of my rewards But he was tricking me to joining the get more services of which i dont need i called to try cancel last month they never answer their calls in the cancellation department and i was told that they will call me back and they never did and again this month they debited. I called yesterday still the cancellation department is not available and they said they will mark it urgent and ask them to call me back but they didn't. Today i called again still the same story please cell c sort this thing out because its starting to get to my nerves and they dont want to to give address for me to go to them
