Bad, badder, Cell C

Purchased a double your data online for R149 for 3Gig where as the transaction went threw my account on the 26/02/2020 but till date I have not received my bundle. Since the 28/02/2020 keeping all proof on email I have been commuting with cell c help but not just with no success,they don't even give feedback. They only correspondence mail was one where I have now got to instruct my bank who is not at fault here to send threw exact time /date statements costing me money. They just don't worry.
