Bad bad sirvice
I really have big problems with cell c and it never stops,it ongoing thing the one problem to the outhers, when write email they never reply to original problems,I don't really what is the the call centres there for if unable to solved a problem,wait nearly hour ,then guy unable to assist,the latest thing my simcard is not working,so now I lost 100 of calls to me ,and not only me ,lot of people on contracts not working,than work and then not working I cannot wait this contract to stop cell c, sirvice really bad,we lost hundred of Rands in business

26 Aug 2026, 18:52The problem is you are sorry,but look like overall problem, because my outher phones also don't work ,not one off the numbers ,so what wrong with your network,it only the incoming calls not working, people at my work also complain about cell c incoming calls,I don't know how you can make contact with me if not even one of the numbers work,the problem is incoming calls,outher stuff work perfectly ,I am on standby and bosses not happy with me ,so cell c make hell lot problems for me now

27 Aug 2026, 23:04It now ongoing for 4 days,cell c still not resolved or responding to me ,l loose lot phone calls,the 1 day number is working then not working next day , tomorrow write to icasa if problems not been solved,I pay for sirvice that half that not received, please reply to me by email that can know wat planned to do withy problems
