BAD BAD SERVICE

Here we are again trying to do an early renewal of a contract that expires on the 27th of August at the Cell C shop. I first was given the contract cost of plus minus R 370 and when we discussed it the next day it was all of a sudden R 401,00. without a phone. I still have to go back for the fact they needed to verify my financial credentials after being a customer for more than 10 years and never in arrears!!!! They were going to give me a call to come back to the store to sign for the new contract, No call to date and they transferred all my info to a new phone and the latest is that for the past 3 days I am not able to receive or make calls on my new phone.(PLEASE NOTE THAT MY ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE AND PAID TO DATE WITH CURRENTLY NO SERVICE)

Shortly unbelievable and the same experience as the last time I renewed my contract.

Cell C is just a unbelievable unreliable service provider!!!!
