Bad Bad service Cell C SA !!!!!!!

I settled my contract in January 2022,did a credit bureau check last week shows I still owe Cell C,I've been trying to get a paid up letter since last week Tuesday the 24th May 2022...no luck call center staff don't care everytime I call I get a different excuse .....The Southgate mall store has the worst service....I need assistance ASAP 😒
