BAD BAD SERVICE! CANNOT PROVIDEVITC NR FOR ****** PHONE!@

I REPORTED MY PHONE ****** ON 30TH APRIL. I HAVE 48 HOURS TO REPORT TO POLICE FOR INSURANCE.

CUSTOMER CARE SAYS THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH ITC NR FOR ****** PHONE.

NOW I CANNOT GET CASE NR COS CELL C WONT SUPPLY ME WITH ITC NR!!

We gave then ref nr etc.
