Bad bad service

Hi my name is Thulani I'm really not happy with the network provider Cell c, I recently upgraded to new devices, and they are not ensured so I took an initiative to insuring my devices, out of my effort still I get no joy from Cell C, I have sent all required form and no agent called me, as I do a follow up on my out, there comes an agent telling they can not insure my devices cause as rules have changed all those things. Seriously this is bad services from a company I have been with for more than ten years but now I'm treated like trush.
