Bad Bad Service

I Have been a Cellc customer since 2010 and this was the worst service i ever received i app**** for a contract qith a smart watch 2 weeks ago a week later they phone me no stock but if i take a different package they can give me the newer version of the watch ok so i did last week Thursday they sorry we dont have stock of the specif colour can we send different colour i said sure today as per usual no feedback from cellc i phone them again asked what is going on with my order they say sorry no stock on watches discontinued so i requested to speak with a manager no they are busy the will call me back still waiting no call back.I really think its time to switch service provider
