Bad bad service and ripoff from Cell C
I am having a bad service from Cell C in June 2023 I upgraded my contract to a data only which I was promised to pay R169 then boom month end my bill was R753 and I queried the amount then I was told the consultant who did my contract didn't give me a discount on the contract but it will be fixed and I will get my refund, then suddenly it's August boom again my bill is R504 instead of R169 now I am told my upgrade was reversed due to fixing my contract for June, July and now they have to check the recording between me and the person who was fixing my account, every time it's a new story and now I am querying 3 months of being billed incorrectly

29 Aug 2023, 09:26Please note I am not finding any joy with Cell C I am still waiting for my Credit refund from the upgrade that was done on the ref *** and I have a new problem now with the bill for this month again I have been billed R504 instead of R169 and apparently according to Cell C customer care service it's because your team decided to do a reversal on the upgrade trying to fix the upgrade that was done incorrectly, so now I am supposed to pay R504 on the 31st of August and this was not the agreement can Cell C please sort this out now cause this is daily ******* from Cell C as this was never the agreement. I cannot be paying R504 for 2GB or 10GB data. Please I need this to be sorted urgently cause this is coursing me too much financial strain.
I took a contract with Cell C cause it was the best but now I am very disappointed and very frustrated and Cell C is giving me financial stress. I even think Vodacom is better than Cell C.
