Bad Bad service

Cell c is the worst company ever. I have been waiting for my name to be cleared. It is affecting my credit score and I do even owe them anything. I spoke to a lady who said she was going to call me back but never did. They gave me a reference number of *** but every time I call them I am transferred from pillar to post. I am going to take this further to the ombudsman.
