Bad bad manager won't set foot in that store again.
Cell c blue route manager very unprofessional, will lose customers with someone that does not know how to deal with there Staff and customers. Went there for a Sim swop the consultant was very polite but the manager has no work ethics. Will not set foot in that store again.

08 Jan 2021, 20:19Up until today I still haven't been assisted with Sim swap, pathetic services, consultant Bradley from blue route mall store sends me on a wild goose chase because apparently Sim swap system is always offline, and contract sim swaps is R400 and debit order is R120 each so I might aswell change my network and cancel the contract, I seriously can't deal with cell c anymore, when wanting to escalate it to the new manager, his always out of store no idea of what is going on in the Frontline, Ive had it with this bunch I should escalate this matter further.
