BAD BAD CELLPHONE CLAIM SERVICE!!!!!

2 MONTHS LATER AFTER CLAIMS PAYMENT & I AM STILL WITHOUT A CELLPHONE!

I paid for my cellphone claim awhile ago & they came back telling me the only device they can offer me is an SE 2020 iPhone of which I responded & told them that I do not have any interest in receiving a small screen device as I had bought a bigger screen device for work purposes so it's either they give me back my iPhone 8 Plus device or something similar.

Then came back with stories of "We cannot provide you with iPhone 8 plus as iPhone no longer manufactures iPhone plus devices", now as a CUSTOMER PAYING ON TIME FOR ALL HER PREMIUMS I DON'T EXPECT CELL C TO GIVE ME PROBLEMS - I WANT SOLUTIONS that BEST SUIT ME INSTEAD OF THEM!

Giving me a device I do not have any interest in owning is a solution that suits them better than myself who is the contract holder!

I pay my premiums in full every single month but Cell C has been giving me ****ty service. I have been paying my premiums all these months not having a device with NO FAIL even without a device to insure!

Its been 6 days now since I last heard from the claims department, I do not know if maybe they thinking if they keep quiet the problem will go away! Every single day I have to follow up on how far the claim process is instead of me getting emails or calls updating me on the progress! Your insurance department is very ****ty! There is no better manner to handle claims, it just gets worse every single time someone has to claim! NIGHTMARE!!!!

I am very DISSAPOINTED, VERY UNHAPPY, and FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT and have no idea what else to do?
