BAD BAD CALL CENTRE AGENT
I cannot believe the level of disrespect that i experienced with Cell C direct. I phoned in to enquire about the Wifi delivery, just a normal inquiry. He then responded and shouted at me. The thing i don't understand is why did he shout at the top of his lungs?? For what?? I didn't even get to listen to him because I just was just angry at the way he handled my inquiry.<br> <br> He needs more training.<br> <br> Annoyed.
