Bad Bad Bad service regarding outstanding balance

Good day <br> <br> I have been battelling with Cell C for months now. My account was in arrears, but I did bring it up to date. It took them from the 28th April up to Yesterday to allocate that money to my account. Every time the lady phones me she can't give me an outstanding balance or a statement. Eventually they found the money after several phone calls and emails with the proof of payment attached, but now they can't give me an outstanding balance??? I want to settle the account and then they must clear my name, but the way this is going looks like it will only be happening in 2020.<br> Really how long will I have to beg them for an outstanding balance? You should think they will give it ASAP since they certainly want the money??<br> <br> Please can someone assist me in getting this off my back ? Can I please please please get some type of service???
