Bad bad bad service provider.

Today marks a month and a day since I've lodge a complaint or a ***** case that was committed on ********** document to obtain a phone from cell on my account. I have sent all the necessary information that I'm not the one who took the phone yet they sending me statements with the list of phone numbers dialled with the new line that was opened. When I call to ask for a feedback all they say is that the case is still running.this is really frustrating me , why is the line still on ? and why am I still not getting any feedback because they promised to give me feedback within 14 days ,now I'm the one who always calls them and still don't get an answer yet they good at debiting my money every month end .this is emotionally draining really. At times when I call I've been deprived the reference numbers for the calls because I've told some of the consultants that I'm taking up this matter now the legal way ,so now they keep hanging up everytime the conversation get hot . I won't recommend cell C to anyone Shem ☹️ #****ed 😠
