Bad bad bad service from Cell C Repair Center

26/03/2018 Sent my phone for repairs to Cell C Cresta , the lady at the store did her job and i even had a reference number and an update that the phone will be fetched the next day and taken to the repair center . I have been calling everyday and I am told that the repairs were done but the y still awaiting the quality check to be done before my phone can be taken back to the store . 3 weeks later I do not have decent feedback ,I want my phone ,can it take more that a day to do a quality check and have the phone dispatched ?Now I have to wait for Monday or Tuesday before the phone can be taken back to the store (this they not even sure about ) I mean how ridiculous is this ?I want my phone by Tomorrow please.
