BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AFTER FIRST COMPAINT

Can this get worse, people of Cell C!!!!! why are you billing me for the amount of R625.29 after i have cancelled my contract within the 30 calendar days as stated by you. Ref No: ********** 320 Now i receive my "BILL" and I own Cell C R625.29 for April 2018 after trying to get this sorted. NO PEOPLE!!! YOU CANNOT DO THIS!!! I am now after all the problems I had the last few days, go onto social media and tell all on Facebook, how bad Cell C is and urge people not to take out contracts. know this will not have an effect on you, but surely will let future maybe potential clients think twice!!!! Why am I having this problem with you??? Maropheng, you better call me immediately. Please note that there is a CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT in South Africa. I am going to lodge a formal complaint now at the Consumer Protect complaints board. You don't even deserve a red star!!!!
