BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my phone. Waiting time 3-5 workings days I have been told. Still no phone. No one from Cell C will contact me to keep me updated. If there is no stock then find an answer. And find stock. You can't just tell your customers there is no stock and just leave it there If these where my staff I will fire all of them. CELL C is useless and pathetic. I haven been a costumer for many years and still upgrade. I think I will cancel all 4 contracts and move to another service provider I have upgraded the Samsung s21 FE. Still waiting. I phoned Cell C. No answer. I send emails and no reply but you just want my money with no service. Your were quick to respond when I was due for upgrade. There after NO RESPONSE. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE 👎 😡😡😡😡😡
