BAD BAD BAD NEWS THIS COMPANY
What a pathetic service I got from the call center at cell c, every time when I called the consultant have such a pathetic attitude as if they are not happy with what they are doing. I 1st spoke to Nontobeko to assist me she then dropped the line when I asked to speak to the manager. I don't even wanna tell on the other agent treated me over the phone Dennis where he shouted at me and hung up the phone after.
Am not sure at cell c call center if client are not allowed to speak to managers or not? That's why the company don't grow because your agents don't have a way of treating your clients
