Bad Bad Bad customer service

A new contractwas taken out. I asked the lady who assisted me to please ensure that it is a 2019 P30 Lite. After she asked me aswell which model I would like. The day of delivery I recieved a 2020 version. Come on please this is bad customer service if there is any at all. I would like to cancel the contract. I have tried numerous tes to contact ou guys and every on just says I will email the person who assisted you and she will be in touch. Guess what??? Nothing it's been a week. So assist me in cancelling this contract. Thank you
