BAD BAD BAD CELLC
Bad bad - I have been trying to resolve a matter from the 15/09/2020 - No proper feedback received, they just keeping on saying query is escalated, but why are you taking a month to escalate a query. also been blacklisted when they had debit orders in place, so not sure how they could black list me. R366.00 - contrcr expired 28/11/2018 (tickets: ***-000062,***-000048, called aswell, no luck service not available

20 Oct 2020, 13:39Good day I received a call last night from Priscilla Tlhatr of CellC and she wanted to blame ITC for the listing - but sorry CellC you are the business who does the listing and not ITC. I wonder how they will feel about this? She confirmed I will get a paid up letter from her to say the account is fully paid, This was not my request as I never owed Cellc any monies. I just received the letter - only to see its not for me -

I am taking this to the ombudsman - I just had it with Cell C - incorrectly listing me.
CellC has bad my credit profile too long and incorrectly.
