bad attitute from admin manager

i had the worse service ever at cell c first it was the attitude from the admin manager it stings and then she tells me i must stay with out a phone because they don't have loan phone who's problem is it that they don't have loans phone .she really don't deserve to work with customer .The fully of promises but dont deliver .The are lots of people who can do a better job if she fell she is tried unemployment is so high and we have people sitting in the office with stinking attitude .
