bad attitude/unreliable

Early this morning I called Cell C (084140). A woman answered an asked me what she can help me with....asked for my name n cellphone number NO SECURITY CHECK. I told her I have problems connecting to the internet. She put me on hold, her response to me was Dial *147# on your phone and choose number 6. What does infotainment have to do with my query.....your workers do not know the product. I think that girl needs to go to training because she is giving Cell C a bad name....with that attitude. I do not think Cell C is a reliable service provider, because anyone can call on your behalf an get information incorrect or not. I feel it must be protocol that a security check needs to be done every time. Why provide me with incorrect information in the first place. Is all your customer needs not important small or big. It is a risk to have a contract with Cell C because of no security checks.
