Bad attitude towards customers/bad communication
I went CellC Canal Walk to request an upgrade for which I was due. At the time of my application the contract price was R370. Sales provided me with the paperwork to complete and went to check on stock of the iPhone 5S. She came back to the counter from the back and said they didn't have stock of the phone but a shipment was arriving in 1-2 weeks. This would be acceptable - the phone would be ordered against the contract application
