Bad attitude, rude and bad service

I believe Cell C must train their staff to speak to their clients appropriately, Thabile Makofana told me it's not his job to call my employer to confirm my employment. This individual needs to be taught to help clients on an extra mile and not to be rude and she must drop that bad attitude. She is the reason why l ll not recommended Cell C to anyone bad service and that they drag their feet to get to solve a problem. Thabile sis drop that stinking attitude of yours.

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.

This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
