Bad attitude from a consultant not assisting me

My name is Roland Fisher I went to Cell C on Friday afternoon to buy a battery for my phone. I was assisted Reagan. I told him I want a battery for a S3 phone. He went to the peg board and removed the peg with the batteries and assisted us at the counter. While he was busy removing the battery he received a business call.<br> I took out my phone and asked him if it is possible to charge the phone after paying for the battery as I had some things to do in the centre and he said it is fine. Reagan than removed the battery from the peg and I opened the package. I tried to put the battery in the phone I than realised the battery was too big. After he finished his call he also tried to insert the battery and said this is a S3 battery. He asked the lady next to him is this a S3 and she said it is a S3 mini. She saw the battery and said this is the wrong battery and who is going to pay for it. Reagan said he did not opened it he is not paying for it.
