bad attitude fro Nolwazi

I contacted the call centre last night and spoke to Nolwazi, was not happy with her attitude. She was rude, unhelpful. When asked for team leader was not transferred. She was arrogant . When I told her about her service she "What Service in a bad tone" i ended putting the phone down as she was not helpful.
