BAD ATTITUDE - CELL C WESTGATE ROODEPOORT
What a shabby service by one of your consultant at Westgate Roodepoort branch by the name of Diteboho, with a don't care attitude, lack of customer experience, I wonder if Cell C does take your staff for a customer care workshop. I'm in the process of canceling my contracts with immediate effect due to this don't care attitude of kind of this attitude. While a person assisting you busy with own personal stuff on the phone.. Let's wait and see if management team will contact me for a follow up, I doubt.
