Bad attitude and lack of service - Cell C

I called cell C centre this morning, the service was pathetic and so called supervisor she was extremely rude. I have been with Cell C for 21 years, I have advised them that I am not happy with the phone that I got I have not used the phone as yet, they advised me of the 7 days contract. I advised them that I did not sign for the new contract or upgrade and they cannot force me to use the phone that I do not want. I want to cancel my contract and they must pick up their phone they refused. What kind of service is this PATHETIC AND RUDE. I have been trying to get hold of their call centre it is pathetic because you wait forever.<br> <br> I want to terminate my contract and go to another service provider who will appreciate my loyalty. <br> <br>
