bad attitude and lack of customer service

as a loyal client of cell c i was unfortunate to lose my phone but luckily i had insuarance with c insuarance butvits been really hard to claim for my lost goods, i went to cell c store in village square on the 27 january 2015p in order to dill in the claim form but the lady at the store said they out of claim.forms i should come back later that week and on sunday i went back to the store only to be welcomed by a rude manager who ddnt have time to serve me and constantly stated that he was busy i was just sitting there looking like a fool waiting for him, i work with clients too on an everyday basis and a client should be treated like a king but the guy just had a bad attituted and i was not assisted, please guysvteach your guys some customer service
