Bad attitude and documents lost!

I went to the Kollonade branch of Cell C a week ago for a new contract application. I supp**** all my documents (bank statements, payslips etc.). I went back there again where Johan (a quite rude and bombastic person) said that the consultant who assisted in my application was off on the day and that I had to go back again. I did so again today (funny enough, another consultant could assist me then?) and after waiting for close to 45mins they said ALL my documents are now missing and that I have to go to the bank once again and supply them with new documents. This is extremely unprofessional- not only because I now have to waste my time with bank statements; but also that the missing documents are extremely PERSONAL and PRIVATE! Who knows where it ended up?!!! <br> <br> The staff at the Kollonade- especially JOHAN should be managed properly.<br> I will now go to another service provider and Cell C will NEVER see me again!<br> Extremely Pathetic service to say the least!!!
